Frequently asked questions.

Why should I stage my home before selling?

Staging a home for photos helps buyers visualize the scale, function, and potential of each space, making the property feel more inviting and livable. Professionally staged homes tend to stand out in online listings, attracting more interest and increasing the likelihood of a faster, higher-value sale.

How much does staging cost?

Our consultation package is $199+HST. Owner-Occupied staging starts at $699+HST and can vary depending on the scope of the project. Fully vacant staging starts at $1,499+HST and can vary depending on the scope of the project.

How long can I keep the rental?

All of our package prices listed are for a one month service. If you require more time we can look to extend on a bi-weekly or monthly basis as needed.

Do I have to stage every room?

Not necessarily. Focus is typically placed on key areas like the living room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and bathrooms. These are what are known as “money rooms” which are the rooms that significantly influence a buyer’s decision and can increase the perceived value of the home—essentially, a room that helps sell the house and can lead to a higher sale price.

When should I book my service?

You will want to have the staging fully completed prior to having photos done for your listing, although it’s never too late to stage. Try and have the work completed a day or two before your photographer is scheduled.

How long will it take?

The initial consultation typically takes 1-2 hours depending on the size of your home. Staging for a vacant home can take a full day depending on the scope of the project.
